DALE HUFFMAN~

This Dales first time in KC Clay Guild Teabowl National.  His accepted entry is just to the right.  I really like the asymmetrical forms and the wood fired flashing.
Dale earned a BS in Physics from Carnegie Mellow and an MFA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
He has been a studio artist for nearly 20 years, presenting workshops all over the world as well as maintaining a busy exhibition schedule.  He also writes for periodicals, designs and builds kilns.  He is also a Professor of Art and Chair of the Art Department at Carlow University, in Pittsburgh. http://www.accessceramics.org/

DANIEL DOBROW~

Daniel has one of the more unusual  entries in the Teabowl National this year.  It is the first in one in his gallery.  It is a rather tall, asymmetrical  teabowl with a saucer...fun form with a nice breaking glaze.
Dan does not have much of a web presence.  I do know that he lives in Minnesota at present.  The other images are taken from his Imgram page.

    Susan Speck:
I love everything about clay.  I like making, teaching, looking at, owning and using pots.  This blog is a continuation of my Facebook posts that have been going on since the day after the disappointing 2016 election.  I [we] needed to have something good to see and think about.

Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
